Sargent came to us after his previous owners were considering euthanasia because he kept escaping their yard. Don’t worry though—since arriving at the rescue, Sargent hasn’t tried to make a single great escape! We’re not sure if his past adventures were because he was left outside all day or for other reasons, but he’s been doing great here.
This sweet boy may have a serious-looking face, but don’t be fooled—he lives for good scratches, rolling around in the dirt, and of course, tasty treats. 🦴💛
Sargent is looking for a patient, loving human who can give him the time and affection he deserves. At the moment, he needs to be in a single-dog home since he still needs to be neutered, and he’s a little too interested in making friends with other dogs right now. 😅
